Shipping

Pre-made products will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

Custom orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks (please note during the festive season shipping may take 1-3 weeks).

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, we are not liable for courier delays out of our control.

Returns and Refund policy

Please ensure you are ordering the correct size as our orders are custom made & therefore can not be returned or refunded.

This does not apply to faulty items. If your item is faulty please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description so we can fix any issue.

If your dog does cause damage to your product please email us and we will see what we can do to restore your item to save it from ending up in landfill. This offer is not limited to only Wag & Wander Wardrobe gear.

Hardware

Our products are crafted with durable stainless steel and brass hardware. Each item is handmade using secure screw rivets. If you notice, for example, that the stopper on your slip lead feels a bit loose, please check that the screw rivet is tightened. While we fasten these as securely as possible, regular wear may occasionally loosen them. Replacement screw rivets are also available if needed.
